Edem, the creator of the Volta Regime Music Group, has long grumbled about a perceived lack of support for his work as a fine artist.
In an interview with Starr, Edem stated that, unlike other artists who ‘f00l’ to always have the media following them and giving them all the attention, he has noticed that he receives less attention.
He also invited all stakeholders in the media, including radio and television hosts, bloggers, and all those who set trends on various social media platforms, particularly Twitter, to support him and post his work as often as possible.
Even though Edem does not have any money from Zylofon Music or any money from a political party to share with all of these significant stakeholders in the music industry, he joked that they should attempt to support him because he will always share what little money he does have with them.
Below is a video of Edem making this request, as well as his new tune “Ma Cherie.”
